Prior to the actual trek, each stake must fulfill the following requirements.  Failure to do so will result in the trek being cancelled and the $500 deposit being forfeited.

There will be a $15.00 fee for each trek participant in order to cover ranch expenses. The fee remians the same whether a trek spans three or four days because the entire week is scheduled for the participating stake. Groups larger than 325 will also need to pay for either the rental of extra portapotties or a pumping during the trek. There is a $500.00 deposit required by Sept. 1 of the year prior to the scheduled trek date in order to secure the reservation.  If the deposit is not received by this date, the reservation will be given to a stake on the waiting list.  The balance will be paid following the trek.
